56 is a financial technology company, not a bank. Custody, banking and payment services are provided by our licensed, regulated partners: funds are held by a US-regulated custodian, separate from 56's own assets; identity verification and card processing are handled by licensed providers; and peso payouts are delivered by a BSP-licensed partner. A 56 account is not a bank deposit and balances are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation. Credit products are subject to eligibility review; limits and rates depend on your verified income and account activity, and all terms are disclosed before you accept. Your money remains yours, held by our regulated custodian and available for withdrawal at any time.
